As Project Manager at Zubatkin Owner Representation, Toby was the point person on the Archdiocese of New York’s Sheen Center renovation project in the Bowery. The project included:
- Converted former educational facility into state-of-the-art performance venue
- Program included concert hall, black box theater, rehearsal studios, theater support spaces, art gallery, artist housing and administrative offices
- Required extensive sound isolation and acoustic treatments
