Pinkerton Clubhouse, Harlem, NY
As Senior Project Manager at Zubatkin Owner Representation, Toby was the point person on Madison Square Boys and Girls Club’s Pinkerton Clubhouse Project in Harlem. The project included:
- Ground-up new construction of 45K SF multi-use community center building in Harlem
- Program elements included classrooms, art rooms, athletic facilities (gym and soccer field), screening room, recording studio and administrative headquarters
- Utilized mix of private funding and new market tax credits
- Complicated approvals process plus coordination with city agencies (DOT, MTA, DEP, DOB, FDNY)
