As Senior Project Manager at Zubatkin Owner Representation, Toby was the point person on Second Stage’s Helen Hayes renovation project in Midtown. The project included:
- Acquisition and renovation of historic Broadway theater
- Complicated approval process requiring approval from Community Board and Landmarks Commission
- Brought building up to code, including updated mechanicals, circulation and ADA enhancements
- Utilized mix of private and public funding sources through DCLA and EDC
