As Project Manager at Zubatkin Owner Representation, Toby worked on the Education Alliance’s Manny Cantor Center renovation project in the Lower East Side. The project included:
- Full-scale building renovation of historic Manny Cantor Center
- Program included classrooms, athletic facilities, hospitality, event spaces, art rooms, dance studios and new mechancials and infrastructure
- Phased construction to accomodate ongoing operations
- Utilized mix of private funding and historic tax credits
