As Vice President, Matt led leasing at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, bringing in a range of tenants to the mission-driven industrial park. Some of the tenants he helped bring into the Navy Yard include:
- Rooftop Reds – world’s first commercially viable urban rootop vineyard
- Brooklyn Grange – New York’s first rooftop farm growing fresh produce atop Building 3
- Brooklyn Roasting Company – roaster of sustainable coffees from the world’s most renowned growing regions and farms
- Kings County Distillery – New York City’s premier craft distillery in the Paymaster Building where whiskeys are mashed, fermented, distilled and aged onsite
- Dock 72 – 300-acre modern industrial campus with innovative and collaborative work spaces and state-of-the-art amenities
